Pam Magnani, Director of Conferences and Education of the International Association of Fire Chiefs, in this capacity, she manages all aspects of the association's 6 annual conferences, executive education symposia, and online learning initiatives. She is also responsible for the development and growth of the association's overall education initiative. Pam has spent the last 25 years in the association management field, largely managing meetings and conferences. Her experience includes other industries such as broadcasting and the amusement park industry. Beginning as a coordinator to a team of meeting professionals, she honed her skills at event management. From contract negotiation to on-site execution, she has managed over 2,000 events in her career, ranging in size from 5 to 115,000 attendees. For the past several years, I have been an involved member of FEMSA, most recently joining the Education Committee. The IAFC is dedicated to supporting fire equipment manufacturers through lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill. I would be honored to serve the FEMSA membership to create a better partnership as we travel this journey together. I seek your support as I encourage all of us to make tough choices as we venture forward. We need to look at how we can all work together to benefit and build the future of the fire service.

John McNulty began a career involving the Fire Service in 1974 as a Firefighter/EMT. I served as a station officer and a VA State instructor until 1985 when I became a partner in a small local fire equipment business, known as Fire Brand Inc. Two years later I bought out my partner and became the sole owner. Fire Brand became Virginia's leading supplier of loose equipment, and served the equipment needs of Virginia Firefighters and Emergency Medical responders until 2001, when it was purchased and became a part of Municipal Emergency Services (MES). I continue to serve on the Board of Directors for Municipal Emergency Services. Active in the Local Red Cross Disaster Services, as a supervisor and responder. I serve as an appointed member of Chesapeake's Local Emergency Planning Commission (LEPC). I have been an active member of the FEMSA/FAMA Governmental Affairs Committee (GAC) since July 2008, and have served on several subcommittees within the GAC. I have enjoyed my responsibilities within FEMSA and if elected will embrace my expanded role as a FEMSA Board member. I bring a wide range of experience to the position of Board member, as a former Emergency Responder, a small business owner, and for the last 10 years as a Director/Board member for the nation's largest supplier of Fire and Rescue equipment. Given the opportunity, I will work hard on behalf of the FEMSA organization, offering the prospective of my experience, and the tenacity of my character, to serve its membership.

Bill Van Lent President - Veridian During the past 10 years of my involvement, FEMSA has steadily grown as an effective trade association in support of its members and the Fire Service Industry, and I am honored to be nominated for service on its Board. As an active participant at the FEMSA Annual Meetings and through my involvement with the UIG Task Group, the PPE Caucus and the Hill Day Congressional meetings, I have been impressed by the creativity and productivity of the FEMSA membership and inspired by the hard work and commitment demonstrated by the FEMSA staff, board members and task groups. If elected to the FEMSA Board, I intend to more fully lend my support to expanding FEMSA's advocacy for the member companies while growing the membership base. FEMSA's committed membership, strong professional staff and tradition of leadership provide all the ingredients for a successful association delivering results for its members

Judy Weigand, Executive Vice President of AMKUS Rescue Systems. As such, she is responsible for the overall operation of AMKUS, a privately held manufacturer of hydraulic rescue tools. Having been actively involved in the management of AMKUS since 1990, Judy has more than twenty years' experience working with the fire service and related organizations and causes including FEMSA. She has represented AMKUS at the FEMSA annual meeting each year since 2001. Over the past ten years I have been privileged to be actively involved with FEMSA on behalf of AMKUS. During this time I have to come appreciate the contribution that FEMSA makes to the fire service and I've been sold on the value of membership in FEMSA to our Company. As a member of the Board of Directors I would work to add to and promote the value of active involvement in FEMSA to other companies. I have the time, the energy, the staff support, and the flexibility to work hard on behalf of FEMSA.
