Independent distributors/dealers sell TFT equipment with sales, service and training support that comes from TFT International Territory Sales Managers (TSM) that live and work in their region. The LATAM Territory Sales Manager oversees the daily sales and development of distribution partners (dealers/distributors) located in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America. The TSM helps to educate both dealer and OEM employees and end users, develops effective sales strategies, and ensures that sales goals for an assigned territory are met. In addition, the TSM supports the efforts of Channel Managers and Product Specialists as part of a team that grows sales, markets and new product development.
