San Diego, California, Jan. 2018 — Euramco Group is inviting visitors to explore their new website – The new website focused on the RAMFAN product line, has been designed to provide a better, user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality throughout, allowing visitors to access detailed product information and an option to shop for spare parts and accessories for new or currently owned products.

Created with the user experience firmly in mind, the website has been designed using the latest technology, so the site is compatible with today’s browsers and mobile devices, without the need for Adobe® Flash to view it. The responsive website will detect what device is connected to the website and provide an optimized, easy to navigate layout.

To further improve the user experience, the new website features a chat window to instantly contact a RAMFAN representative. A live representative will respond to inquiries, helping visitors with technical questions, applications, locating a dealer and more. The convenient option to have a live representative will improve customer service.

“We are excited to launch a new website that is tailored to our visitors,” said Chad Kisner, Marketing Manager. “We know our customers have a lot of choices and the buying process is often a difficult decision. We believe this new website is a great resource for those searching for portable ventilation and demonstrates the level of service we provide. We seek to not only integrate new technology into our products, but also our website, to offer a better solution to our customers.”
