Annual Membership Dues: Any member whose membership in FEMSA is terminated for any reason (including but not limited to resignation, suspension or expiration of membership) shall not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid as dues or assessments, and shall not be relieved of any obligation to pay its share of debts or liabilities incurred by FEMSA at the time of such termination.

Annual Meeting Registration: Meeting fees will not be refunded, but will be credited toward the next FEMSA Annual Meeting & Conference.
