Since 1964 Fire and Safety Services has been the premier fire apparatus sales and service provider in New Jersey, with the longest manufacturer relationship in the states, and is based on a passion for emergency services and strives to continually better their customer service and business.
Fire & Safety Services has been a recipient of the Pierce Dealer of the Year Award six times, more than any other dealer. Many of their employees have been with the company for at least 20 years and approximately 80% of them serve or have served as either career or volunteer firefighters or police officers.
The company has membership with the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce; the NJ State Chamber of Commerce; FEMSA (Fire and Emergency Manufacturers and Services Association); the ATD (American Truck Dealers) Division of the NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association); and the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association). They also are an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Blue Seal of Excellence accredited facility as well as an authorized or accredited service center for several of our manufacturers and component manufacturers.
Manufacturers represented by Fire & Safety Services include Pierce, Frontline Communications, Skeeter Brush Trucks, BRAT Brush Rapid Attack Truck, Stonewell Bodies, and Sealegs Amphibious Marine Craft. With a service area just over 13,000 square feet Fire & Safety Services can fit 10 trucks inside their shop, depending on configuration, and if needed have four acres of property for outdoor work and storage. 24-hour service is done by experienced employees that are factory trained by manufacturers as well as component manufacturers (water pumps, generators, brakes, suspensions, etc.)
